The Flag Day celebration has been conducted on 19.11.2011.On the occasion of Flag Day celebration the Vidyalaya Principal, Scout Master, the staff member and students has been participated. The Scout /Guide and Cub /bulbul presents various programme on the Flag Day celebration.

School level Social Science Exhibition was held on 24/08/2011 and Eight Model has been selected for Cluster level Social Science Exhibition. Cluster level Social Science Exhibition was held on 25/08/2011 and 26/08/2011 at KV ONGC Jorhat. Two Models of Ananya and Syeada Masowda Manbi have been selected for the Regional level Social Science Exhibition at KV Happy Vally Shilong.Master Ashutosh Kashyap of class IX have been selected for the English Debate.
Report on Regional level science Exhibition-2011
The Regional level Science Exhibition was held on 26th and 27th Sept.2011 at K.V No 2, AFS, Tezpur.
The theme for this Exhibition was Science, Society and Environment.
Our Vidyalaya also participated in this event with 6 exhibits.

A Quiz competition was also Organized in which 2 students Participated (Syeda Fahmin(IX),Akash Bora
(IX)).The event was inaugurated on 26th Sept. by Mr.AVL J RAO(AC,RO-Guwahati) and Other Air Force officers.
After the inauguration judges judge the various exhibits brought by the 47 participating schools. Other students & Escort teachers also visited the exhibit rooms.
In the evening,’ movie’ Mausam’ was screened for the participants & escorts. Next day i.e. 27th Sept. a seminar on popularization of science was organized in which eminent scientist and educationist gave their inspiring lectures and interacted with the students and also answered the queries of the students very nicely.
Eventually the results were declared for the National Level Science Exhibition.
Concludingly, the event was a marvelous one and the students learnt a lot from this experience.
And for this I thank the K.V, No.2, Tezpur and the principal of our Vidyalaya for providing the opportunity to participate in the event.
